DealFunnel

Terms of Use

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the DealFunnel platform at thedealfunnel.com and the DealFunnel mobile apps, operated by Broadbrand. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Your account

DealFunnel is licensed to organisations. Your organisation holds the agreement with us and your access comes through them. They decide who may sign in, what each person may see, and when access ends.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used it.

You must be 18 or older to use DealFunnel.

2. Acceptable use

You may not:

We may suspend access that breaches these terms, and we will tell your organisation why.

3. Your data

The information your organisation puts into DealFunnel belongs to your organisation, not to us. We store and process it to run the service, on their instructions, and we do not sell it or use it to advertise to anybody.

You are responsible for having the right to hold the personal information you enter, including your contacts' details, and for telling them how it will be used where the law requires that.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

4. Availability

We work to keep DealFunnel available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Service levels, where your organisation has them, are set out in their agreement with us. These terms do not create any uptime commitment on their own.

5. Changes to the service

We improve DealFunnel continuously, which means features change. Where we remove something your organisation relies on, we will give reasonable notice to your administrator.

6. Fees

Your organisation pays for DealFunnel under its own agreement with us. Nothing is sold inside the mobile app and there is no in-app purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The DealFunnel software, design and brand are ours and stay ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your organisation's business for as long as their agreement is in force.

8. Liability

DealFunnel is a tool for recording and reporting on sales activity. Decisions you take on the strength of what it shows are yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own records. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending access

Your organisation may end its agreement under the terms of that agreement. When it ends, access stops and we delete the data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Your administrator may remove your individual access at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
